Company has started its journey on 26 0ct 1965 in the name of Bhoj sons Industries Pie.Under the leadership of Sri. Madhu Bhojraj Chanrai (late) as a textile manufacturer & cotton farming with a leading market share in African prints, suiting and shirting. That has changed to Bhojraj Industries Pie. on 13-Sep-2002 with diversified business in plastic manufacturing. Later,it has again changed to Bhojraj Industries Ltd. On 01 Apr 2015 and become one of the leading flexible packaging, sewing thread & vinyl tube manufacturer in Nigeria under the leadership of Sri. Mahesh Ram Sadhwani (MO). Since 2002 BIL has done the rapid growth in flexible packaging market with below products.

Our Journey

The company was founded in 1965 by Mr. Madhu Bhojraj Chanrai (late)as Bhojsons Industries Plc and Bhojsons & Co (Nig) Plc, comprising a trading, distribution and a textile manufacturing and cotton farming business.

In 2002, Bhojsons Industries Plc transformed into Bhojraj Industries Plc, a plastic manufacturing company with a broad business focus. The company later changed its name to Bhojraj Industries Ltd.

Under the leadership of Sri Mahesh Ram Sadhwani (Chairman), Bhojraj Industries Ltd rose to prominence in 2015. Today, the company is among Nigeria's top manufacturers of flexible packaging, sewing thread, and vinyl tubes.

Thanks to its high-quality products, Bhojraj Industries Ltd has seen significant growth in the flexible packaging market since 2002.

Recent Developments

Currently BIL is the first and only converter in Nigeria to the best of our knowledge to have successfully manufactured a 15micron PE film and successfully produced a laminate with a BOPP as top layer for the large Noodle market in Nigeria. This product has been tested successfully with two large customers and soon will be rolled out commercially.

We have developed bags with rope handles to pack bulk materials like Semolina and Pet food and Rice. These were all being imported from overseas and now we are the only ones currently making it and offering for our customers locally from Lagos.

We have made a 4 -side seal bag for pet food with 3 different webs. This one of the unique products of BIL.

We have been regularly making PE Industrial bags in bag sizes of 96cm x 150cms to be used as liners.
