QA/QC Inspector

• Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & Review Project Specific Quality Plan. Review the existing standard documentation for the Operations and propose any improvements deemed necessary. Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all non-destructive testing on site. Coordinate with the Client representative on all quality matters. Coordinate all receipt inspections. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards, awareness on latest edition of standards. Participate in the site internal and external site audits. Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses. Monitor the implementation of the approved site Contract Quality Plan (CQP). Coordinate with the Site manager on all quality issues. Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel. Elaborating inspection and test programs, ensure its adherence. Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status. Define a procedure for using the cost norms to establish the cost of rehabilitation and maintaining the construction task

Safety Officer

• Must have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering UAE attested. Having International Certificate such as IGC, OSHAS, NEBOSH, etc. Other related HSE Certificates. 3 years relevant work experience in in Contracting Company as Safety Officer. Handles and knowledgeable in proper documentation. Must have knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, & other software. Ready to join immediately. UAE Driving (Preferred)

Mechanical Maintenance - Fitter /Turner

An experienced and qualified mechanical engineer required to Join our maintenance team.

Should be HND.

Qualified with mechanical engineering.

Minimum 8-10years experience in a factory/ manufacturing environment. Experience of flexible packaging manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Remuneration will be based on experience and qualification.

Requirement is URGENT AND IMMEDIATE.

ELECTRICAL /ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

We are looking for an experience Electrical /electronics engineer.

Knowledge of handling motors , drives and PLC based machines is a must.

Qualification: HND IN ELECTRICAL /ELECTRONICS.

Experience : Minimum 8-10 years in a manufacturing environment. Experience of working in a flexible packagin unit will be an added advantage.

Will be required to work in shifts.

Remuneration for the right candidate is not an issue.

Requirement is URGENT AND IMMEDIATE.

1. ENGINEERING STORES IN CHARGE /DATA OPERATOR

Qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

Job roles/responsibilities: Shall be responsible for the Engineering Stores and maintain the Stores efficiently. Shall ensure preparation and forwarding of daily utility report to Management, maintaining records for all utilities and breakdown, maintain records for ISO, Make SAP PR for all purchases, tracking all purchase process after making PR, make SAP entries for material In/Out for Engineering Store, SAP GRPO entries for all purchases, making preventive maintenance file for the upcoming month and maintaining preventive maintenance record

Experience: The suitable candidates should have had at least 3 years’ experience of handling Engineering Stores and should be familiar with Engineering Spare items. Must have working knowledge of SAP with good excel background and knowledge.    Age range: 30-40 yrs. Should be prepared to work in shifts.

2. QUALITY CONTROL[QC] MANAGER

Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Chemistry/ Science Laboratory Technology

Job roles/responsibilities: Shall be responsible for and shall be the in- charge of the QC Department. Shall ensure the production process meets and performs to statutory and regulatory standards and requirements and all other established standards and expectations. He/she shall manage the QC operations and personnel efficiently and ensure they work in conformance with established standards, requirements and expectation. Ensure customer satisfaction and minimal rejection. Shall also ensure product specification development and handling of customer complaints, validating technical data and material data sheet; implementation of improvement programmes, maintain standards according to ISO 9001: 2015 and Food Safety ISO: 2022 standards and requirements.

Experience: Suitable candidate should have at least Ten [10] years’ experience in similar position.  Should be vast in regulatory and statutory requirements, standards and inspections; particularly in ISO; 9001 regulations and FSSC: 2022 standards. Should have good communication, interpersonal, control and development skills. Age range: 35- 45 years.

Suitable candidates should be able to trouble shoot on machines with skills in electrical diagrams. Should possess preventive maintenance skills and be able to carry out machine repairs on time.
