With the advance and specialized technology our lamination Department is supporting our business with the three-ply lamination process in one go.

• Lamination – 04 nos. (02 –Bobst Nova DA800, Combi01 –Super Combi – 4000, 01 – Simplex Solvent free)
• State of art Tandem Lamination Machines from Bobst Italy has the following features.
• Speed – 450mtrs/min.
• Capability of handling substrates ranging from 8µ - 170µ for Lamination.
• Can laminate PET/PE films from 15µ upwards.
• Fast Set-up times.
• Capability of Tandem usage ( as two separate machines) to handle two different structures and or as a universal single machine machine for 3- layer structures.
• Different trolleys to do various products like cold seal, hotmelt coating for soap wrappers.
• Capability of water based adhesive lamination on these machines.

• Slitting – 05 Slitters /Rewinders
• 03 nos. State-of-the-art Slitter /Rewinder from Europe having followed features.
• Speed – 800mtrs/min.
• Fast set-up times at minimum wastages.
• Capable of handling rewind diameters of up to 800mm.
• Excellent Rewind Tension Controls and Taper Tension controls to maintain even tension throughout the slit reels.
• Can slit all kinds of laminates ranging from thickness of 10µ to 200µ.
• Paper core id’s of 70mm, 76mm and 152mm.
• Capability of slit widths ranging from 25mm up to 1270mm on all the machines.
• Coil Rewinding Machine – 02nos.
• Pre-formed pouch making machines – Capable of doing following formats of pouches.
• Stand up pouch machine with re-closeable zip. This can also do big bags and 4 side seal quad bags.
